Inside Sales Support Specialist
JOB
Summary:
To ensure that all inquiries that could lead to orders for the company .Products are followed to completion. To provide direct support to the outside sales people and distributors in the ongoing development of existing and new prospective customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
1. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
2. Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
3. Process quotes on behalf of the direct and distributor sales people.
4. Ensure accurate and timely entry of quotes and delivery of quotes to customers.
5. Ensure all prices quoted remain within established list prices and guidelines
6. Ensure all quotes are created utilizing all company standard Syteline process
7. Ensure accurate and timely entry of orders and order confirmations to customers
8. Answer calls and provide assistance regarding pending orders, customer order and account status, etc.
9. Review pending orders to ensure they are on schedule
10. Assemble and send product materials and brochures to customers when requested
11. Sales administrative duties are performed accurately and on time
12. Assisting Sales Management on an as needed basis
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
1. At least two years of experience in the following fields: Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Telemarketing or Technical Support
2. BS/BA in Marketing or Sales preferred. Associates degree will be considered depending on experience.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases
4. Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
5. Working Hours 8:30 - 5:00 pm
ADDITIONAL
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
2. Assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing
3. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities
4. Maintains and improves quality results by following standard procedures and recommending improvements
Work Environment:
1. Work usually performed in an office setting sitting down for long periods of time at PC computer
Compensation:
1. Annual base salary

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
