Job Description:
This position requires a highly motivated, focused individual with strong programming skills in the Microsoft .NET development models.
Candidate will be expected to efficiently and effectively develop and deliver application solutions for converting and reverse engineering older Microsoft .NET, Visual Basic 6 and Active Server Pages (ASP) programs to the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2.
Candidates should be able to work independently, and have strong knowledge and experience in .NET software design and development, as well as database design and mobile web based applications.
The candidate must be capable of assessing level of effort based on reviewing source code of existing systems and will work closely with members of the development, quality assurance teams and representatives from various Courts throughout the requirements, design, implementation, testing and deployment phases of the project to create high quality solutions

Minimum Requirements:
Required
Experience:
B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Minimum 5 years experience in ASP.NET
Experience with upgrading the platform to the latest .NET version
Experience with MVC 5 development model
Basic Knowledge of Web Design (HTML/CSS/Javascript)
General knowledge of Twitter Bootstrap 3
Experience with Visual Studio Professional 2013
Experience working with design and UI individuals
Experience working with teams
Ability to follow the Corporate / Court standards
Experience with .NET framework
Familiar with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) 8
SQL database development and migration experience
Familiar with rapid application development tools such as Visual Studio LightSwitch, and potentially use LightSwitch as a development tool for a portion of the applications to be converted
Experience writing design documentation and technical approach summaries
Experience with quality assurance, user acceptance testing and deployment
Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to mentor internal programming staff
Must be able to work on-site
Assist Project Manager and/or Developer Team Manager to define and scope project development tasks in order to keep focused on deliverables
Respond quickly to resolve issues and follow issue resolution through to completion

Convert nine (9) ASP.NET 2.0 web form applications written in Visual Basic 2005 (VB 8.0) to ASP.NET Web Forms using Visual Basic .NET 2012/2013 (VB 11.0) in the .NET Framework 4.5.2
Convert three (3) ASP.NET 3.5 web form applications written in Visual Basic 2008 (VB 9.0) to ASP.NET Web Forms using Visual Basic .NET 2012/2013 (VB 11.0) in the .NET Framework 4.5.2
Reverse engineer an Active Server Pages (ASP) application consisting of eleven (11) pages to ASP.NET MVC 5 using Visual Basic .NET 2012/2013 (VB 11.0) in the .NET Framework 4.5.2
Reverse engineer an Active Server Pages (ASP) application consisting of sixty seven (67) pages to ASP.NET MVC 5 using Visual Basic .NET 2012/2013 (VB 11.0) in the .NET Framework 4.5.2
Reverse engineer a Windows Desktop Application written in Visual Basic 6 to ASP.NET MVC 5 using Visual Basic .NET 2012/2013 (VB 11.0) in the .NET Framework 4.5.2
Databases will be converted from Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008 to 2014. New views, functions and/or stored procedures may need to be created in databases stored in Microsoft SQL Server 2014.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
