My name is Steve and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Biochemist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Cleveland, OH. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Bachelors in Chemistry, Biology or related field are required. Additionally, you must have a strong technical background, preferably at least 2 years related experience in the field. Candidate must understand good manufacturing practices, good documentation practices, and have an understanding of SOPs/policies.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture reagents and calibrators and verifiers. Operates manufacturing equipment.
Drives, executes, and implements compliance initiatives with quality system and regulatory agencies: FDA, DEA, ISO, OSHA, etc
Drives, executes and implements regulatory compliance and quality improvement projects
Assists and provides input with product and process development projects
Assists, drives and completes validation activities
Investigate and perform troubleshooting and root cause determination
