Therapeutic Classroom Professionals Needed
We are currently seeking Therapeutic Classroom Professionals to provide therapeutic services for elementary, middle and high school students who have severe emotional needs that have not been responsive to the traditional school supports and interventions. The goal is to increase instructional time for the identified students and to improve their ability to develop internal controls and constructive ways to respond to the school environment.
This rewarding opportunity is for the upcoming 2015-2016 school year.
Staff
Qualifications:
Master's Level Treatment Staff: Degree in Social Work, Counseling , Psychology
Special Education Teacher: Highly qualified in content area & certification in Special Education
Behavior Interventionist: Degree preferred but will consider training and experience of non-Degreed staff member with minimum of two years' experience
Paraprofessional: Minimum of (60) college credits in any area or successful completion of Para-Pro Test
