Seeking a strong technical applicant to complete complex technical assignments, including designing experiments, preparing chemical reagents, and performing analytical tests. The candidate should be able to obtain, correlate, and analyze technical information needed to accomplish complex tasks. Preparing reports, charts, graphs, and other documents is a requirement. Participation in the development of new designs, methods, materials, and processes is a requirement. Technical judgement will be used in reviewing related inputs such as procedures, drawings, mechanisms, and test methods. The candidate is expected to troubleshoot on unexpected process observations and come up with appropriate solutions. Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Preferred Education,
Experience:
?The candidate should have advanced knowledge on organic chemistry, analytical chemisty, polymer chemistry, and electrochemistry. ?A PhD or mid-career equivalent experience is expected in the fields of Organic Chemistry, Material Science, Electrochemistry, or Analytical Chemistry. ?Must have good laboratory skills, extensive hands-on experience, and necessary computer skills. ?Must know how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot on analytical instruments. ?Must know how to choose analytical methods, how to identify materials chemically and physically, and how to purify compounds. ?Applied knowledge in Colloid Science, Formulation, and Ion-selective electrodes (Client) is a plus. ?Additional backgrounds may include:
Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, Biochemical systems, and immunology. ?Relevant work experiences may include:
Diagnostics method development or manufacturing, process validation or quality control.Major Functions and
Responsibilities:
?Support the development of critical reagents for a regulated diagnostics industry, utilizing and authoring strong procedures, meeting quality system requirements. ?The individual will be expected to understand and comply with the Quality System Regulation in order to meet all FDA, ISO and IVDD standards. ?Prepare, purify, and characterize various reagents. ?Lead studies to optimize chemical formulation and manufacturing process. Good scientific principles and practices are expected in but not limited to:
Design of Experiments, documentation, statistical analysis, and technical investigations. ?Prepare and validate written standard procedures for robust and efficient manufacturing process, troubleshoot performance and process deviations, and communicate results to peers and management via standard written, oral, or visual means. ?Support process characterization, test method validation, and continuous improvement in manufacturing environment. ?The candidate is expected to learn, develop, plan, execute, and functionally direct projects with simple to complex features.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
