Summary of Position:
The Inside Sales Staff are amongst the first to interact with Launch customers and potential clients. It is imperative that this first impression be memorable, responsive, friendly, and professional. Creating an amazing entertainment experience starts with exceptional customer service, knowledgeable sales people, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales. Candidates with telemarketing experience will excel in this position! This part time position requires flexibility for daytime, evening and weekend hours, as designated by the General Manager.

Duties &
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers contacting Launch Trampoline Park via telephone, email and/or social media.
Book birthday parties, fundraisers, corporate events, and all occasions.
Assist customers and provide answers to FAQ regarding booking jump time, payment, scheduling, park hours, etc.
Interact with customers face to face, performing cashier, birthday host, and cafe staff duties, as needed.
Convert inquiries regarding parties, groups, and programs into bookings.
Correspond with customers post-event to thank them for their event, gather valuable feedback information, and encourage further bookings.
Cold calling corporations, schools, and other organizations with the purpose of selling jump time, booking an event, or renting space.
Work with management to actively identify trade shows, community events, and opportunities which may benefit Launch as a vendor or partner.
Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or gift cards.
Timely sale and processing of jump tickets, gift cards, fundraisers, birthday parties and group events to customers.
Process online booked tickets.
Takes messages for the management accurately, always remembering to get the name and phone number of the person leaving the message as well as to what the message is in regards.
Uploading all incident report forms with waivers and footage to Launch Trampoline Park central database.
Print birthday party and special event schedules daily.
Print and scan paper waivers and other forms as needed.
Creating spreadsheets of local outside contacts, community events and road races.
Contacts outside organizations via email, mail and telephone calls to promote Launch Trampoline Park programs and special or group events.
Keep office area clean and organized.
Report problems with POS, website, social media, customers or facility to manager on duty.
Monitor office supplies and replenish as needed or notify management.
Other duties as assigned by management or needed by the business.
Complete opening and closing checklists.
Performs his or her job in a friendly, courteous manner at all times.
Promptly informs the Manager on Duty of any and all customer complaints or comments.
Qualifications:
Be 18 years of age.
High School Diploma
Prior sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Willingness to be a Team Player and Hard Worker.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
