Summary:
The Community Relations Representative, under the direction of the Business Operations Manager, will proactively engage the community ensuring that Launch continues to build brand awareness within appropriate target audiences. The Community Relations Representative identifies community based events and programs that support the growth of this fast paced, energetic facility.
Job Requirements:
Minimum education - Bachelor's Degree or 2-year equivalent work experience
Energetic, outgoing, self-starter, responsive, infectious personality with the ability to build and maintain key relationship
Proven track record with business development via direct and indirect sales
Strong organizational, problem solving skills, and multitasking skills are a must
Ability to work a variety of shifts, mainly daytime and some late nights/weekends; Available to work 30 to 45 hours per week
Previous experience in commission based sales and customer service
Responsibilities:
Be a Community Liaison for Launch Trampoline Park Delaware
Generate new business, brand recognition, and community loyalty by selling Launch products and services.
Meet or exceed marketing and sales conversion goals to increase brand awareness and increase sales
Develop, coordinate and track sales and marketing strategies with key target base (schools, churches, healthcare organizations, corporations, non-profits, community groups and etc).
Identify, research and develop new revenue streams, ways to engage and be relevant in our community
Develop, maintain and executed upon a year round community event calendar
Plan and lead promotional special events
Assist in driving group sales and corporate events
Work closely with local media outlets and marketing representativesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
