The Client Service practice is responsible for meeting the day to day service needs of the Private Bank's high net worth and ultra high net worth client base. Service is delivered through a very high-touch, team-based model with major service locations in the US, EMEA, and Asia. This analyst position is an Associate level position working on the Strategy and Transformation group within global Client Service.
The Client Service Strategy and Transformation group supports the global Client Service practice with planning and execution across key short and long-term business management, change management, project management and sales management activities. The team collaborates closely with PB teams in Product, Operations, Finance and Technology, and works closely with members of the practice leadership team.
Responsibilities:
The Client Service Strategy and Transformation Analyst will support all aspects of the global Client Service Strategy and Transformation agenda, with a primary focus in the ongoing administration of the sales management agenda. This role will require a proven track record of delivering thoughtful leadership and effective execution of sales tracking, pipeline development, sales content creation, and progress reporting responsibilities. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact with senior leaders, handle multiple and complex business challenges, and deal with tight and competing deadlines.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Partner with PB teams in Product, Marketing, MIS, Finance, Technology, and Operations to plan and execute strategy
- Identify weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities for process, organizational, and technology improvements - and report the findings in a simple, compelling way
- Identify cross-sell campaign opportunities that capitalize on business priorities and leverage current market events and competitive advantage.
- Review and audit ongoing sales entries for completeness and accuracy
- Consistently monitor changes to ensure that new models become ingrained in the culture
- Create and maintain detailed project plans to ensure effective and integrated global execution of the agenda
- Document current and target state process flows by participating in detailed process mapping sessions
- Provide analysis and assist the business in developing metrics to measure sales and market penetration
- Develop robust communication materials including presentations, status updates, and other reports
- Work collaboratively with team members and senior management in the development and implementation of all projects and/or initiatives

Experience:
- 2-3 years of business management and analysis experience
- 2 years experience in the financial industry
- Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite, inclusive of Project and Visio
