Description: Java Applications Developer sought for Fortune 500, major Financial Services firm. they are seeking an individual to design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug, and document programming to satisfy business requirements. Proficiency in application development skills for more than one technology and proficiency in multiple design techniques would be preferred.
This is a Right-To-Hire position which means only candidates able to work on a W2 basis will be considered, and those willing to convert to Full-time are highly preferred.
This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
Work on the onshore Level 3 team performing fixes to production defects and small enhancements.
Participating in all stages of applications development process including design, implementation, testing , and production support.
Interact effectively with both, technical and non-technical personnel.
Possess all the skills needed to deliver the business Solution
possibly contribute to UX design, Front-end/Back-end development, SQL development, business process analysis, software testing, and technical writing.
Able to working in a fast-paced, heavily integrated environment with aggressive deadlines and possibly last-minute changeQualifications & Requirements:
Advanced JAVA skills (Parallel Processing,Efficient usage of Memory (GC, Lazy Loading Patterns), Optimized ProcessingAlgorithms )
Mule experienceis a plus.
jBPM or other process managementis aplus.
Framework experience such as Hibernateisa plus.
Knowledge on any of the UI technologies /Javascript frameworks (FLEX / HTML4(5) - EXTJS, DOJO etc)
Engineering Degree (Computer Sciencepreferred)
5
years' experience.
Oracle SQL Knowledgeis required
Frameworks (Spring, Struts, IBATIS)
J2EE (Skills on Application Server, Tierbased Programming (DAO, Controllers, Views etc)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
