In response to a rapidly growing call center environment, the Enterprise Call Center Services (ECCS) organization was created in 2010. Our mission is to support JPMC''s call centers by creating, building and maintaining innovative, reliable, and cost-effective call center solutions to support those who serve our customers.

Qualifications
1. 3-6 years experience configuring, supporting and designing NICE call recording platforms. Perform 3.1 and above; 4.1 preferable.
2. Must be proficient configuring and administering Windows 2003 and 2008 servers. Including configuring User Rights Assignments, permissions, Server Roles and Features among other skills.
3. Must have a working knowledge of TCP and UDP protocols and their relation to VOIP, network traffic and call recording.
4. Familiarity and understanding of Audio Codecs, H.323 Standard and SIP messaging
5. Basic experience with various Phone/Telecom systems including Avaya, Genesys, and Cisco CUCM as well as Dialers i.e. Aspect and Avaya.
6. Strong documentation, organizational and verbal skills (for explaining complex scenarios to different audiences).
7. The ability to troubleshoot multiple technologies and issues, while switching topics frequently.
8. Must be able to function and contribute in a team environment.
Additional preferred Skills/Knowledge: Basic SQL queries and structures, VMWare, HP Blade hardware, Wireshark, VLANS

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
