## Job Description
The Trade Support Specialist is responsible for various processes within the life cycle of a Domestic or Global securities trade. The Trade Support Specialist will be expected to work in a team environment supporting a variety of other areas within the firm such as the Investment Bank, WSS, TSS, PB Front/Middle Office, Client Service, and Operations.
_Core Responsibilities_
Timely and accurate trade reconciliation and booking of all trade/fx instructions received by internal partners
Review, Monitor and Action against daily fail reports and daily break items
Process and assure completeness of cancellation and correction requests
Prioritize workloads with daily and hourly deadlines
Respond promptly and accurately to Trading Desk, Investors, SM's, Client Service, Custodian and Counterparty requests/inquiries
Produce high quality performance and accuracy to best meet our client's needs and expectations
Ensure adherence to all service level commitments, process controls, and escalation policies
Work closely with onshore and offshore teammates to maximize efficiency and provide oversight
Proactively focus on issues and adjust rapidly to changes in the team, the market, or the Private Bank to deliver sound recommendations for process improvement
Assist and or lead mini-projects within the team
Participate in broader Private Bank initiatives

_ Preferred Experience/Skills_
Knowledge of securities industry and back office, operations (e.g. equities, fixed income, fx, custody services, etc.)
Strong mainframe (OMNI a plus) and Desktop/PC skills
Ability to analyze a process and recommend ways to improve quality, control, and efficiency

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
