## Job Description
The GWM FATCA Project Business Analyst will be expected to assist and/or control the implementation of enhancements required by the FATCA regulations across onboarding applications, trust accounting systems, downstream applications, reporting applications, etc. and across all business areas within Global Wealth Management business.
The business analyst is responsible for the FATCA enhancements and will assist/lead various deliverables of project. Role entails but is not limited to compiling business requirements for each project initiative with assistance from the impacted business teams, coordinating the testing of enhancements with the impacted business teams, ensuring appropriate management sign off is received after each test, compiling test scripts and any change controls, ensuring project enhancements are placed into production and regression testing is completed, and assisting with the management of a smooth transition to business as usual.
_Responsibilities_
Create/update power point presentations for various levels of management.
Create/update key metrics and dashboards to provide a snapshot of the project status.
Participate in gathering and documentation of business requirements
Review the proposed Functional Specifications to ensure adequate coverage of documented business requirements
Document required Change Control requests and negotiate and facilitate impact assessment, if required
Participate in design of testing strategy, test scenarios and test cases.
Coordinate testing plans with Tax, Operations and Technology. Ensure completion of testing with appropriate updated test scenarios, validation documentation and obtain sign-off from all interested parties
Review and respond to issues identified during all phases of testing.
Create and maintain centralized project information: Project Charters, Business Requirements Project Plans, Milestones, Issues, Risks, and Change Management documents. Adhere to the Project Lifecycle.
Work directly with Functional Working Groups for resolution of issues
Document operating model: process flows, procedures.
Ensure key project deliverables are completed on time and with quality.
Participate in brain storming/solution solving sessions with Ops, Tax, Technology and Management.
Facilitate regular communication meetings with applicable teams & management.
Identify client and training impacts and work with Training & Communication Team.
Identify/recommend new ideas for process improvement, challenges requests that result in inefficiencies, and shares/ seeks out best practices to address challenges
Identify and implement automation opportunities (regression & unit testing, manual processes, etc )
Establish relationships, promote teamwork, communicate project goals, review work products.
## Qualifications
Tax knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication skills including clear and concise writing and oral communication skills are crucial to the ability to obtain and disseminate information.
Strong Analytical / Problem solving skills
Security knowledge a plus.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet competing deadlines
Self-directed and motivated
Flexible - ability to work some testing weekends and additional hours during tax season
Proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, Powerpoint, Project, etc. Advanced Excel & Access knowledge is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
