, oil and gas, and the futures and options markets. Investment management offers a fully managed investment advisory service to individual clients on a global basis through JP Morgan''s Private Client Group.
The IM Fee Billing group supports the Global Investment Management business for separately managed accounts and is responsible for fee processing for approximately 4000 client accounts. The group consists of 10+ people (Billing Specialists, Team Leaders and business analysts).
The Fee Billing
will be responsible for managing a group of Billing, Finance and Control Specialists, ensuring timely and accurate completion of client invoices and revenue reporting.
Summary of main functions:
Management of each Billing Specialist''s workload and account list
Responsible for staff performance reviews as well as annual career development and skill coaching
Review and verification of new account setup in core systems
Maintaining accuracy and production MIS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Holding weekly production meetings to identify and escalate potential issues
Tracking issues and maintaining / resolving root causes for those issues
Identifying, entering and testing technology enhancement requests
Coordinating account migrations from other global IM locations
Manage the monthly accrual process for all fees billed to Institutional Clients
Timely & accurate response to queries from Finance, Accounting and other internal business partners
Completion of various ad hoc financial analyses as requested by Account Management and Financial Reporting
Learn Fee Billing processes and identify and drive automation and enhancements
Assist the teams with troubleshooting to identify root causes
Manage staffing, efficiencies, growth and new products
Weekly and monthly metrics and manage summary creation and presentation
Effectively delegate team responsibilities given current commitments, ad-hoc requests and internal and external inquiries
Create business solutions for control weaknesses and make assessments and risk analysis to prioritize workloads
Manage through issues that arise urgently and be able to identify and quickly escalate based on risk
Project management, implement and coordinate enhancements and execute test plans
## Qualifications
Essential Skills
Bachelors Degree (Financial related major) or equivalent work experience
Accounting background a plus
Management experience with excellent organizational and prioritization skills required
Client Focus - recognize and respond to needs of both external and internal clients
Strong verbal & written communication skills - internal clients are typically in remote locations (NY & London), so excellent telephone & e-mail skills are essential
Strong sense of initiative to improve the processes performed by the team
Ability to analyze root causes and provide solutions / suggestions to eliminate issues
Excel - intermediate aptitude is essential (formulas, filters, pivot tables); advanced knowledge a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
