POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees the health plan quality
management
program, this individual functions as the Director of Quality Management for
delaware
Physicians Care, a Newark, Delaware state-wide Medicaid managed care company. The scope of responsibility includes HEDIS management, NCQA accreditation, CAHPS survey, EQRA quality standards, quality improvement activities, performance improvement projects, quality management committee staffing, critical incident management for LTSS program, prevention and wellness activities and a variety of other health plan initiatives.
