Summary:
The
manager
, Marketing Analytics plays a key role on the Product Analytics team, interacting with various business units across multiple products (PSL, Upromise, Card etc). He/she will be responsible for strategic direction, customer view analysis, segmentation, model oversight, test vs control analysis,
executive
reporting and presentations, as well as various ad-hoc analyses. The individual will develop/maintain a scalable and efficient analytic infrastructure, work processes, and systems to enable timely analysis, measurement of results, and delivery of data to the various teams.
The Manager is a motivated self-starter with a passion for digging into complex data to reveal opportunities and exploit unrealized potential. This strategic thinker must be able to interpret the data and analysis and be able to present them in a way senior management can understand and take action on. He/she will utilize technical skills, business analysis, and innovation to drive analyses to completion. He/she must possess strong leadership skills and be able to work autonomously and effectively in a dynamic and changing work environment.

Key
Responsibilities:
1. Channel-Based Analysis
a. Create and advise on statistical test set-up and measurement
b. Analyze major test versus control reds
c. Provide analytical support, including various pull-through curves and segmentations
2. Customer Universe Analysis
a. Create reports and analysis on full breadth of SLM products
b. Build knowledge base around cross-product relationships to fuel continued cross-sell growth
3. Ad-hoc Research Requests
a. Serve as a subject matter expert in channel marketing for all products
b. Apply creativity in problem investigation
c. Help respond to inquiries about specific questions
4. Executive Management Reporting
a. Create and distribute a standard Executive Management reporting package
b. Create presentations to provide mgmt with important updates on actionable strategic information
c. Provide key strategic input in sr. mgmt. conversations around channel tactics and initiatives
5. Self-Development
a. Develop expert level knowledge of all the data sources
b. Present all information in a manner that is clear to your target audience

Minimum
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Sciences, Engineering)
SQL or SAS (6 years)
Quantitative analysis experience (6 years)
Marketing analytic-based roles (7-8 years)
Proficiency with MS Office suite of software
