Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance solution delivery capabilities.
Ensure compliance with architectural standards, security policies, and best practices.
Serve as a subject matter expert and guide on technical issues and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

years of experience in solution architecture, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex solutions.
Extensive experience in software development, system integration, and enterprise architecture.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies (e.
g.
, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and architectures.
Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and techniques (e.
g.
, UML, ArchiMate).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Relevant certifications (e.
g.
, TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
