Engineering Design Application Support Specialist
TSR is seeking an Engineering Design Application Support Specialist in Newark, DE. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone looking to start a career with one of the largest EPC firms in the country.
The candidate will be responsible for providing Engineering Application software support services for engineering project users.

The candidate will be responsible for providing Engineering Application software support services for engineering project users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Will provide first-tier support on CAD/Engineering applications, primarily 3D modeling applications.
- Ensure that the project teams use utilizing the design applications in the most effective manner
- Provide feedback for issues to the application support team and follow-up with the users when issues are resolved
- Ensure the users are aware of recent functionality upgrades
- Add or remove access for individuals
Qualifications:
- E3D or another 3d modeling software experience is preferred but not required
- Good communication skills and the ability to relay/explain various technology solutions to architecture, engineering and construction professionals
- Openness to learn new things
- Must have a Team attitude , be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required
