The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, and will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our memberships, gift cards, products and other services.
Sales and Membership Promotion:
Actively promote and sell spa memberships, gift cards, and additional services to clients.
Educate clients about the benefits and value of our memberships and services.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets Reception and Customer Service:
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage reception area and handle incoming calls with professionalism.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about spa services, memberships, and promotions.
Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system efficiently.
Administrative Support:
Perform administrative duties, including data entry, record keeping, and inventory management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area.
Assist in the coordination of spa events and promotions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma; further training in sales, marketing, or hospitality is a plus.
Experience in a sales role, preferably in a spa, wellness center, or similar environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and appointment booking software.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as needed.
