For nearly 25 years, we have provided on-site instructional services within the hospital setting, helping students to continue their academic progress during treatment and successfully reenter the classroom.

LearnWell is currently looking for an organized and energetic administrative assistant to fill a full time role within our behavioral health facilities in Newark and New Castle, DE.
The teaching assistant will work in a unique fast-paced behavioral health facility center; which involves working with students in a small classroom setting and supporting them academically with common core subjects while they are receiving treatment.
The teaching assistant will play a very important role of keeping organization among students, schoolwork, and admission documentation.
Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the following:
Collecting admission paperwork for each student at the beginning of each day, assessing the paperwork for any missing information, completing missing paperworkand then sending over to our central admin team to input into our CRM Updating the CRM database with current class census Reaching out to parents and other stakeholders via phone and email Assist the teacher with any lesson prep for the day Assist the teacher with any printing, copying, scanning, or returning of student curriculum Position entails a 40-hour per week commitment, Monday through Friday from 7:
30 AM - 4:
00 PM.
Position can be 10 or 12 month position, based on candidate preference.
