The Manufacturing/Project Engineer) must have at least 5
years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Work with Manufacturing to create and modify assembly procedures and manufacturing test procedures using Microsoft Word and SolidWorks Composer- Create and manage Engineering Change Order documentation including drawings, Bills of Material and work instructions within Quality Management system.
- Write manufacturing Validation Protocals and Reports using approved templates with Engineering guidance.
- Create additional manufacturing documentation as needed to support New Product current manufacturing projects- Interact with team leader on project status and resolution of critical issues; Promptly escalate unresolved dependencies and issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.
- Learn and adapt to QMS and work closely with company Engineering cross functional teams such as R&D, Manufacturing, and purchasing/planning etc.
Education:
- Associate (A.
S) Degree or equivalent years of experience in Medical Manufacturing Operations.
Experience:
- Minimum five years' experience in Manufacturing and/or Manufacturing Engineering in a continuous improvement capacityMedical Device Industry preferred.
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel to create technical documentation- Proficient in SolidWorks Composer - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to quickly distill complex information into actions/recommendations- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, and assembly- Adept at putting together mechanical assemblies and wire routingEducation:
Associate (A.
S) Degree or equivalent years of experience in Medical Manufacturing Operations/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
