This is a Part-Time position, with some flexibility (much potential for Full-Time within 1-3 months).
You will Assist with both Personal and Business related matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):
Processing Email/Snail Mail Calendar Management Active involvement in Meetings (Creating Agenda, Note Taking, Action Items, Accountability) Book-Keeping/Accounting Various Clerical/Secretarial Duties (creating reports, booking travel, etc.
) Misc Items:
Here To Serve Mentality (Assisting with items and errands as they arise daily) REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess Servant's Heart, Positive Attitude, Growth Mindset, Hard Work Ethic, and Character.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication/interpersonal abilities, be competent in prioritizing, able to work with little-to-no supervision, a fast problem solver with the ability to meet deadlines/manage time & projects, self-motivated, highly trustworthy & mature, proactive, professional, extremely organized, proficient with PC/Mac/office technology, and have familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Experience is very beneficial, but not necessarily required.
