Rockford is the only child inpatient behavioral health facility in DE, offers an experienced and tenured senior management team, and serves New Castle County and northern Maryland.

Summary:
The Receptionist greets patients, family members, and visitors, and responds to telephone inquiries in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times.
Assists or directs patients/family members or visitors to appropriate area based on needs.
Provides clerical support to management team as needed.
Handles multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines.
Maintains confidentiality of all facility-related information.
