Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities of a facility - Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services - Fabricate or repair equipment as needed - Troubleshoot electrical systems, both high voltage and low voltage - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment - Manage projects related to facility maintenance and improvement Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in facility maintenance or related field - Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, including fabrication, high voltage, and low voltage systems - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Effective communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and contractors - Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, both high voltage and low voltage - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility maintenance - Strong problem-solving skills to address maintenance issues promptly - High attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure Note:
