Responsibilities:
Open Enrollment Benefit experience desired Serve as an open enrollment customer service representative specialist.
Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills while accurately responding to high volumes of calls.
Answer questions about each benefit program while educating individuals about their benefits Investigate and respond to all customer inquiries utilizing available resources provided.
Function as a liaison between Benefits and the caregiver ensuring benefit enrollment is accurately captured in a timely manner.
Logs detailed and accurate information on calls received in the case management system.
Interprets and responds clearly and effectively to all verbal or written requests for information.
Demonstrates sound judgment in escalating cases to the appropriate subject matter experts.
Demonstrate the ability to deescalate calls.
Recommended Skills Case Management Systems Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
