SERVICE DELIVERY COORDINATOR The role involves onsite leadership of TPI team members 50% of the time and also Inspecting O-rings approximately 50% of the time.
This breakdown may vary depending on daily/weekly demands.
TPI Leadership Provide support for TPI team members Liaison to key personnel to ensure quality and productivity of work Create a stable environment Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed Provide high accessibility and early intervention to prevent conflict Develop and maintain trust with the team members Identify training needs and provide coaching Train new team members Focal point to TPI organization for additional support in HR, Delivery, Training Builds and maintains positive and professional services relationships with customers, providing regular communication and status/performance updates O-Ring Inspector Complete Training on O-Ring Inspections with the goal of becoming a Subject matter expert.
Complete Train the Trainer training with the goal of training future TPI resources Conduct Inspection work according to agreed upon Inspection Performance goals Qualifications Positive can-do attitude 2-4 or more years working in a warehouse/factory environment preferred 2-4 or more years of direct personnel management experience Strong leadership, customer service, teamwork, and quality control skills.
