Human Resource Assistant - Contract Job Description Now hiring for Human Resource Assistant for Fulfillment Company! Our Human Resource Assistant will be working on a 3 month contract for a Fulfillment Company in Newark, Delaware.
Human Resource Assistant will be working to support the HR team! This is a Human Resource Assistant opportunity working a full 35 to 40-hour week, with required working hours of days.

00/hour based on experience, at least 1 year HR experience is required Job Duties and Responsibilities Data entry into HRIS and payroll software for new hires, terminations, employee status changes, etc.
Personnel and administration files (paper & electronic) Assist employees with a varity of inquiries.
such as leave of absence, pay, policies, benefits and system access Responsible for deferring complex HR matters to HR Manager Prepares ad-hoc reports for leadership from HRIS and payroll software.
Bi-lingual English and Spanish welcomed but not required Job Requirements Fundamental Human Resource knowledge 1 year experience in Human Rsources Recent HR graduates welcomed Good written and oral communication skills.
Good customer Service background Good organization skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, to work independently, and to meet deadlines.
Goal oriented and motivated.
Must be available for work 3 month contract; Monday to Thursday; 9am to 5pm.
