Job Description:
This role is responsible for resolving research and adjustment inquiries within the bank's practices and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
investigating daily incoming research and adjustment inquiries, resolving differences, answering service requests and inquiries received from various channels, determining accounting entries, and making appropriate disposition.
This may include large dollar and aged risk cases pending charge-off.
These individuals handle more complex and escalated cases which require analytical and problem resolution skills.
Responsibilities:
Works time sensitive exceptions Assists peers and leadership with resolving complex exceptions Handles escalations received from business partners by providing clean concise communication through email/phone Contributes to improving process efficiencies by supporting the review and validation of departmental procedures Performs account maintenance which could be routine or complex depending on customer account type Maintains high-volume portfolio Documents actions taken on behalf of the client Required Skills:
