The primary purpose of this position is to perform general housekeeping duties in our community.

Essential Job Duties:
1.
Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments, such as:
vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces.
2.
Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
3.
Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
4.
Collects, cleans and redistributes the Community laundry.
5.
Ensures that all Health Center laundry is properly sorted, washed and dried according to State and Federal regulations.
6.
Ensures that the laundry is maintained in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
