The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and feel comfortable troubleshooting technical issues over the phone.
We are interested in hiring a Senior Technical Support Representative who values teamwork, is naturally curious and detail-oriented, and is responsive to customer needs and concerns
Responsibilities:
Provide level II/III technical support for hardware/software related issues to our clients Installs, administers and troubleshoots software applications.
Capable or troubleshooting network VLANs, firewalls, and wireless networks Has exposure to Server 2012, 2016, 2019 Working knowledge of Office365 administration Familar with troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, AD, and Group Policy Issues Able to provide outstanding customer service to our clients Job Type:
