The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and feel comfortable troubleshooting technical issues over the phone.
We are interested in hiring a Senior Technical Support Representative who values teamwork, is naturally curious and detail-oriented, and is responsive to customer needs and concerns
Responsibilities:
Provide level II/III technical support for hardware/software related issues to our clients Installs, administers and troubleshoots software applications Capable or troubleshooting network VLANs, firewalls, and wireless networks Experience with Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 including Group Policy and Scripting Experienced in Office365 administration Familiar with troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, AD, and Group Policy Issues Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware Able to provide outstanding customer service to our clients Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$65,000.
