Summary:
Develops solutions and processes for delivering Base Work & Project Initiative - Functionality based on knowledge of Design / Architectural patterns / Technology Skills (.
NET / MS SQL Server / Mainframe COBOL / Databases (DB2 / Oracle & Other High Availability Databases ), Java / J2EE / Spring Framework / Microservices - Container Framework / DevOps (Continuous Build & Deploy Stack / Tools) & SaFe LEAN Agile practices.
Ensures the system design and requirements are aligned to achieve desired business outcomes.
Provides expertise through experience with multiple and complex software implementations and has developed knowledge for a number of technical competencies.
Required Skills:
Ability to provide technical direction and oversight to contribute / lead a project as technology solutions are delivered.
Knowledge of design and architectural patterns as well as Agile and DevOps principles and use them to develop both solutions and processes for delivering the features.
Knowledge of Design / Architectural patterns.

Capable of supporting line of business product owners from a technical lens by ensuring systems design and business requirements are aligned and developed.
Provide excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with scrum masters, architects, product owners and developers to ensure requirements are well defined and capable of being easily translated to stories.
Desired Skills:
Banking industry experience in Consumer Deposits / Card / Wealth or familiarity with similar business and a strong acumen.
Working knowledge of products, services, business flows and understanding of financial context in which technology and operating principles are used.
Familiarity with a variety of technology stacks including Java / J2EE / Spring Framework, DevOps (CI - CD Stack), IBM Web Sphere, IBM Infosphere (ETL), Oracle & Mainframe DB2 databases, Container / Microservices Technologies.
